The Eurovignette is a time-based road user charge for trucks of 12 t maximum authorised mass and above, bought for a day, week, month or year. Since 1 July 2026 it applies only in Luxembourg and Sweden.
Which countries? Denmark switched to a distance-based truck toll on 1 January 2025 and the Netherlands on 1 July 2026. As of September 2026, the Eurovignette therefore applies only in Luxembourg and Sweden.
Validity: a day, week, month or year; at most one year. A day vignette is valid for one calendar day, from the time of booking at the earliest.
Why it matters for costing: a vignette is a fixed amount per period, not a per-kilometre charge. Logist Calculator therefore shows vignettes separately from distance-based tolls.
