Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Logist Calculator (“Logist Calculator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by FOP Yurii Peresta, a Ukrainian sole proprietor / individual entrepreneur.
Registered address: Partisanska str. 8, Mukachevo, 89600, Ukraine
Legal and support email: logist.calculator.ua@gmail.com
By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms are intended for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and other jurisdictions in which the service is made available. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies, those mandatory rights prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
Purchases made on the Ukrainian-language website and paid through Monobank are governed by the Public Offer (Публічна оферта) published there. These Terms govern your use of the service and any purchase made through the international payment flow.
1. About Logist Calculator
Logist Calculator is a web-based route and transport-cost calculation service intended primarily for carriers, logistics professionals, dispatchers, and other users who need to estimate the economics of road-transport operations.
Depending on the features available to you, the service may allow you to:
- calculate estimated route and transport costs;
- estimate fuel, tolls, driver costs, depreciation and other cost components;
- estimate revenue, profit and margin;
- save calculations and trips;
- create and manage vehicle profiles;
- use route, mapping, geocoding and other third-party functionality;
- use AI-assisted document or image processing where that feature is enabled.
The exact features available may change as Logist Calculator is developed.
2. Eligibility and account
2.1 Age and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a paid plan.
If you use Logist Calculator on behalf of a company, sole proprietorship, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2.2 Account information
You must provide accurate information required to create and maintain your account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access methods secure and for activity carried out through your account, except where unauthorised use results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
2.3 One account and lawful use
Unless we expressly allow otherwise, you must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the service to circumvent plan limits or access controls.
3. Free and paid plans
3.1 Free access
Logist Calculator may provide a free allowance of calculations. The current free allowance is 10 calculations per account unless the applicable offer shown on the website states otherwise.
Free access does not create a right to continued availability of a particular free feature or quota.
3.2 Paid plans
Paid plans may include monthly or annual access and calculation limits. The plan name, included quota, billing period, price, currency, taxes (where applicable), renewal terms and any additional conditions will be displayed before you place an order.
Current plan features may include:
- START: monthly access with a defined monthly calculation allowance;
- PRO: annual access with a defined annual calculation allowance and additional features or support.
The exact commercial terms shown at checkout or on the applicable pricing page at the time of purchase form part of your order.
3.3 Calculation limits
A “calculation” means a completed calculation or other usage event that the applicable plan counts against its stated allowance.
Unused calculations do not automatically carry over to another billing period unless the applicable offer expressly says otherwise.
We may apply reasonable technical controls to prevent abuse of calculation limits.
4. Orders and payment
4.1 Price shown before purchase
Before you place a paid order, we will present the applicable price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes or tax treatment where required, and the main characteristics of the plan.
You are responsible for reviewing the order information and correcting any input errors before submitting the order.
4.2 Payment provider
Payment processing depends on the market and payment flow made available to you. Payment-card details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by the Logist Calculator application as full card numbers.
Where a payment provider processes your payment, its applicable payment terms and privacy information may also apply to the payment transaction.
For the Ukrainian payment flow, payments are processed through Monobank.
For the international/EU/UK payment flow, payments are processed exclusively through Paddle’s own hosted checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for these purchases: your purchase contract for the paid plan is with Paddle, not directly with us, and Paddle’s own Buyer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy govern the transaction itself, in addition to these Terms governing your use of the Logist Calculator service. Paddle’s terms are available at paddle.com/legal.
4.3 Activation
Paid access is normally activated after successful payment confirmation. If payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, we may withhold or suspend paid access.
4.4 Taxes
Taxes, including VAT or similar consumption taxes, may be calculated and collected according to the applicable law and the payment flow used for your order.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
5.1 Recurring plans
If you purchase a recurring plan, the checkout will clearly identify that the plan renews and will show the applicable billing interval.
A recurring plan continues until cancelled or otherwise terminated.
5.2 Cancelling future renewals
You may cancel a recurring plan using the cancellation method made available in your account or by contacting us at logist.calculator.ua@gmail.com.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation does not by itself create a refund for a billing period that has already started.
5.3 Annual plans
An annual plan remains available for its stated annual period unless the contract is terminated earlier under these Terms or applicable law. If the plan is set to renew automatically, the renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
5.4 Changes to recurring prices
If we increase the price of a recurring plan, we will provide advance notice where required by applicable law and will give you any cancellation rights required by law before the new price applies.
6. EU/EEA and UK consumer rights
This section applies when you qualify as a consumer under applicable law.
A consumer is generally a natural person acting for purposes outside that person’s trade, business, craft or profession.
If you purchase Logist Calculator for your own business or professional activity, you may not qualify as a consumer and the consumer rights described in this section may not apply.
6.1 Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For EU/EEA consumers, the applicable rules may include the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the Digital Content and Digital Services Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/770), national legislation implementing those rules, and other mandatory consumer-protection law.
For UK consumers, the United Kingdom is outside the EU/EEA and EU directives do not apply directly. Broadly equivalent protection instead comes from UK domestic law: the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (which give the 14-day withdrawal right described below), the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which covers conformity of digital content and services — see section 7), and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (“DMCCA”). The DMCCA’s own subscription-contract regime — additional cooling-off periods on renewal and advance renewal reminders — is not yet in force at the date of these Terms and is expected to take effect from Spring 2027; we will update this section when it does. The DMCCA’s general unfair-commercial-practices rules have applied since April 2025, and the Competition and Markets Authority (“CMA”) holds direct enforcement powers under the DMCCA.
6.2 14-day right of withdrawal
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, an EU/EEA or UK consumer has a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
For a service contract, the period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Withdrawal button. Since 19 June 2026, EU law requires online traders to provide a clearly visible, easily accessible withdrawal button that a consumer can use to exercise this right, leading to a confirmation page that shows the relevant order details before the withdrawal is finalised. For purchases processed through Paddle, this is provided via the Paddle Customer Portal (the “Manage subscription” link in your payment confirmation email, or at paddle.net). UK consumers can use the same route, or contact Paddle directly, to exercise the equivalent right.
You may also exercise the right by sending a clear statement to:
FOP Yurii Peresta
Partisanska str. 8
Mukachevo, 89600
Ukraine
Email: logist.calculator.ua@gmail.com
You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to use that form.
Paddle separately publishes its own buyer-facing refund policy (at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), which can offer terms in addition to, but never instead of, your statutory rights under this section.
6.3 Starting the service during the withdrawal period
If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer and ask us to begin supplying the digital service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, applicable law may require us to obtain your express request and acknowledgement in the manner required by law.
If you then withdraw during the withdrawal period after the service has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you communicated your withdrawal, where and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We will not rely on a contractual provision to charge you for performance during the withdrawal period where applicable law requires that the service be provided without such payment because the required request, acknowledgement, or information was not obtained or provided.
For purchases processed through Paddle, any such request and acknowledgement is obtained during Paddle’s checkout process.
6.4 Effect of withdrawal
When a valid withdrawal takes effect, we will provide the refund required by applicable law, using the payment method required or permitted by law, subject to any lawful deductions or exceptions.
After withdrawal, you must stop using the service and must not make the service available to third parties where applicable law requires this.
7. Statutory conformity rights for EU/EEA and UK consumers
For EU/EEA consumers, mandatory statutory rights relating to the conformity, supply and modification of digital services apply where relevant, under the Digital Content and Digital Services Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/770).
For UK consumers, equivalent statutory rights arise under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which similarly implies terms that digital content and services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described — the UK was not covered by Directive (EU) 2019/770, since its transposition deadline fell after the UK’s departure from the EU, but the Consumer Rights Act 2015 already provided its own, broadly equivalent protection.
Where the service does not conform to the contract, consumers may have statutory remedies that can include bringing the service into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract, depending on the circumstances and applicable national law.
Nothing in these Terms limits those mandatory rights.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, published on the Logist Calculator website, and applicable law. For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle handles refunds as Merchant of Record.
Nothing in the Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under sections 6 and 7.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact:
logist.calculator.ua@gmail.com
Please include the account email used for the purchase and, where available, the payment date or order reference.
9. Calculation results and important limitations
Logist Calculator provides estimates for planning and decision-support purposes.
Calculation results may depend on:
- information entered by you;
- route data;
- mapping and geocoding data;
- fuel prices;
- toll information;
- border and route conditions;
- vehicle parameters;
- driver-cost assumptions;
- depreciation assumptions;
- exchange rates or other external data, where applicable;
- default assumptions used by the service;
- third-party data providers;
- changes in real-world conditions after a calculation is performed.
Results are not an invoice, quotation, guarantee of actual operating costs, legal or tax advice, financial advice, compliance certification, or professional logistics advice.
You are responsible for checking important figures against current primary or authoritative sources before relying on them for a commercial decision.
We do not guarantee that a calculated route, toll, fuel cost, border crossing, driving time, profitability estimate, or other result will exactly match the amount or conditions ultimately experienced in real-world transport operations.
10. User data and saved calculations
You retain your rights in information and data that you submit to Logist Calculator, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store and reproduce your submitted data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information you enter or upload to the service.
11. AI-assisted features
Where Logist Calculator provides AI-assisted document or image processing, the feature may send relevant text, images or other submitted material to the third-party AI provider described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated or AI-assisted results may contain errors.
You remain responsible for reviewing information generated or extracted by an AI feature before relying on it.
You must not upload information that you are not authorised to submit or disclose.
12. Third-party services
Logist Calculator may depend on third-party services for hosting, authentication, mapping, routing, geocoding, AI processing, analytics, communications, payments and other infrastructure.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes, outages or limitations affecting a third-party service may affect corresponding Logist Calculator functionality.
Where third-party functionality is essential to a paid feature, we will take reasonable steps to restore or replace that functionality where required by applicable law.
13. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Logist Calculator for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or administrative functions;
- bypass calculation limits, authentication controls or other technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity;
- scrape or systematically extract service content or data without our written permission;
- resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute access to the service without our permission;
- upload malicious code or material designed to compromise the service;
- use the service to infringe the rights of another person or organisation;
- submit personal or confidential information that you are not authorised to process.
We may take proportionate technical or account-level measures to prevent or address misuse.
14. Intellectual property
Logist Calculator and its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, original content and underlying technology are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from our protected materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
15. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Logist Calculator available and reliable, but no internet service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- security measures;
- technical failures;
- infrastructure or third-party provider failures;
- network problems;
- events outside our reasonable control.
We may improve, modify, add or remove features.
Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid digital service for consumers, we will comply with any applicable legal requirements concerning notice, modification, termination or remedies.
16. Suspension and termination
16.1 Your right to stop using the service
You may stop using Logist Calculator at any time.
You may request account closure by contacting logist.calculator.ua@gmail.com or using any account-closure functionality made available in the service.
16.2 Our right to suspend or terminate
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
- fraud or attempted fraud;
- a security threat;
- unlawful use;
- unauthorised access;
- a legal requirement;
- non-payment where payment is due;
- circumstances in which continuing to provide the service would create a material security, legal or operational risk.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before suspension or termination.
We will not use this section to deprive consumers of mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
16.3 Data after termination
Account closure and termination do not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all information.
Personal data may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Disclaimers and liability
17.1 No exclusion of mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This includes mandatory consumer rights, statutory conformity rights, and liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where applicable liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
17.2 Service information
Subject to mandatory law, we do not guarantee that every calculation or piece of route information will be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.
You should independently verify information that is material to a transport, financial, legal, tax or operational decision.
17.3 Liability cap
Subject to applicable mandatory law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to the extent that applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
For consumers, this clause is subject to any mandatory national rules concerning unfair contractual terms and statutory remedies.
17.4 No indirect-loss exclusion where prohibited
Subject to applicable mandatory law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss resulting from a business decision made using a calculation result.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
18. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major internet or infrastructure failures, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, widespread cyber incidents, or failures of essential third-party infrastructure.
This section does not remove mandatory consumer remedies where applicable.
19. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Logist Calculator website.
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of data we process, purposes, legal bases, third-party providers, international transfers, retention and data-protection rights.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect:
- changes to the service;
- changes to pricing or plans;
- changes to payment infrastructure;
- changes to law or regulatory requirements;
- security or operational requirements.
For material changes affecting an existing paid contract, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Where applicable law gives you a right to terminate a contract because of a material change, that right remains unaffected.
The updated version will state its effective or last-updated date.
21. Governing language
These Terms are written and maintained in English. The English-language version is the sole authoritative version of these Terms. Where these Terms are made available, in whole or in part, in any other language, that version is provided for convenience only and does not supersede the English version in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
22. Governing law and consumer protection
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, except to the extent that mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer, a choice of Ukrainian law does not deprive you of the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply in your country of habitual residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to you or from bringing proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
23. Complaints and support
If you have a complaint or believe that the service does not conform to your contract, please contact us first:
Logist Calculator
FOP Yurii Peresta
Partisanska str. 8
Mukachevo, 89600
Ukraine
Email: logist.calculator.ua@gmail.com
Please describe the issue and, where possible, include your account email and relevant order or calculation information.
We will review complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising statutory rights before a competent authority or court, including — for UK consumers — the Competition and Markets Authority, and — for EU/EEA consumers — their national consumer-protection authority.
24. Severability
If a competent authority or court determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
For consumer contracts, an unfair or non-binding term will not prevent the remaining contract from continuing where applicable law provides for that result.
25. No waiver
A failure or delay by us in exercising a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
26. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or order-specific terms expressly incorporated into the purchase process, form the agreement between you and Logist Calculator concerning your use of the service.
If an order-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the order-specific term applies only to the extent necessary for that particular order, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Annex 1 — Model EU/UK Consumer Withdrawal Form
You may use the following form to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies. You do not have to use this form; a clear statement that you wish to withdraw is sufficient where permitted by law.
